Red Light North

Red Light North provides a platform for user-generated content. This policy explains how content may be reported, reviewed, and removed.

1. Reporting Content

Users or third parties may report content that they believe:

  • Violates our Terms or Posting Guidelines;

  • Temporarily restrict visibility;
  • Remove content where appropriate.

We are not obligated to remove content simply because a report is submitted.

3. Grounds for Removal

Content may be removed if it appears to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Involve or depict minors;
  • Suggest trafficking, coercion, or exploitation;
  • Contain threats, harassment, or abuse;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Violate platform rules or safety standards.

4. Repeat or Serious Violations

Users who repeatedly violate policies may face:

  • Account suspension;
  • Permanent removal from the platform;
  • Reporting to authorities where required.

5. Copyright Complaints

Copyright complaints should include:

  • Your contact information;
  • Description of the copyrighted work;
  • Exact location of the content;
  • Statement of good-faith belief of infringement.

False claims may result in liability under applicable law.

6. No Obligation to Restore Content

Red Light North reserves the right to determine whether removed content will be restored. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.

7. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Content reported for serious illegal activity may be preserved and shared with authorities as required or permitted by law.
