Red Light North is an adult-only platform. This policy explains how we verify age and protect against minors using or appearing on the Service.

1. Adult-Only Platform

Users must be the age of majority in their jurisdiction to access or post content on Red Light North.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Service or appearing in any content.

2. Verification Process

To help prevent minors from posting or accessing restricted content, Red Light North may request:

  • Age verification documents;
  • Additional verification information where necessary.

Verification may be required during account creation, posting, or moderation reviews.

3. Identification Photos

Where identification documents or photos are submitted:

  • They are collected solely to verify age and eligibility.
  • They are reviewed only for verification purposes.
  • They are not used for marketing or profiling.
  • They are deleted after review once verification is complete, unless retention is legally required or necessary for an active safety or fraud investigation.

4. Refusal or Failure to Verify

If a user refuses or fails verification:

  • Access may be limited or denied;
  • Content may be removed;
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated.

5. Zero Tolerance for Minors

Any content that appears to involve minors or age misrepresentation may be:

  • Removed immediately;
  • Investigated internally;
  • Reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • All persons depicted or referenced in posted content are legal adults;
  • Content complies with applicable laws.

We may update verification procedures to improve safety, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.
